The Czech Development Agency (CzechAid) announces above-treshold procurement procedure „Supply and Deployment of Server Infrastructure for the SLIM Project“
This public contract will be implemented as part of the SLIM (Sustainable Landscape through Integrated Management) Project, which is being implemented by the Czech Development Agency from October 2023 to September 2027 and co-financed by the European Union and Sweden.
The subject of this contract is the supply, installation, and commissioning of server infrastructure required to support the SLIM project in Zambia. The contract will deliver two server environments, including related installation, configuration, baseline security settings, system testing, technical training, and final commissioning.

The estimated value of the public contract is USD 365,000 excluding VAT.
The maximum permissible total value of the public contract is CZK 400,000 excluding VAT. The project is exempt from VAT.
Tenders must be submitted in writing by the deadline for the submission of tenders in electronic form via the National Electronic Tool (NEN), available at: https://nen.nipez.cz/en/. The time deadline is set to October 2nd, 2026, until 10:00 (CET).
