The Czech Development Agency (CzechAid) announces tender procedure for a Small-Scale Public Contract for services„Project Coordinator for the project EU4Moldova Sustainable Food Systems - Production”.

The subject of the public contract is the provision of services of a Project Coordinator within the framework of the EU delegated cooperation project in Moldova entitled “EU4Moldova Sustainable Food Systems – Production”. The Coordinator shall be primarily responsible for the following activities:

Coordination of day-to-day project activities, Communication and cooperation with partners, Logistical organization of expert events, Planning and monitoring, Reporting and communication with the donor, Information and awareness-raising campaigns, Support in the preparation of procurement documentation, Administrative support to the project team, Participation in other project activities, Cooperation with Czech experts and implementing partners.

Within these areas, the Coordinator shall participate in the preparation and evaluation of procurement procedures under the EU4Moldova SFS-Production project, as well as in the subsequent monitoring of the performance of concluded contracts and, where applicable, in the preparation of contract amendments, including the technical assessment of modified aspects.

The estimated value of the public contract is CZK 1.800.000 without VAT. The expected hourly rate is 625 CZK for each hour of services.

Tenders must be submitted in a written form by the deadline for the submission of tenders in electronic form by e-mail at the Contracting Authority's e-mail address: tender@czechaid.cz . The time deadline is set to June 17th, 2026, until 11:00 (CET).
