The Czech Development Agency (CzechAid) announces tender procedure for a Small-Scale Public Contract for services “ Field Trials Coordinator for project EU4Moldova Sustainable Food Systems – Production“.

The subject of the public contract is expert assistance and consultations in the implementation of delegated cooperation project in Moldova titled "EU4Moldova Sustainable Food Systems – Production". The expert assistance and consultations will include these activities:

Development of Methodology for Field Trials, Development of the Recommendation System for Crop Varieties, Preparation of the List of Crop Varieties for Testing, Coordination and Selection of relevant Seed Breeders and Multipliers, Preparation of Technical Documentation, Responsibility for Achieving Project Goals and Indicators, Ensure the Planning and Conducting Field Trials, Data Collection and Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement and Training, Review of Existing Practices and Data, Reporting and Documentation, Contribution to Other Project Activities, Collaboration with Czech Experts and Support for the Czech Implementing Partner.

The estimated value of the public contract is CZK 1.900.000 without VAT. The expected hourly rate is 625 CZK for each hour of services.

Tenders must be submitted in a written form by the deadline for the submission of tenders in electronic form by e-mail at the Contracting Authority's e-mail address: tender@czechaid.cz . The time deadline is set to May 6th, 2026, until 11:00 (CET).
