About the Czech Development Agency (CZDA):
The Czech Development Agency (CZDA) is a government organizational unit subordinate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, established by Act No. 151/2010 Coll., for the implementation of international development cooperation (IDC).
CZDA manages an annual budget of approximately CZK 420 million from the state budget and implements development projects in partner countries.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented colleague with experience in financial administration and accounting, who will ensure accurate financial management and reporting under a delegated cooperation project funded by the Ukraine Investment Facility. The project focuses on the modernization of healthcare facilities in Ukraine.
Job Description:
- Ensure proper financial records, day-to-day bookkeeping, and financial documentation for the project office in Ukraine;
- Maintain and oversee petty cash and bank accounts;
- Support the Czech financial team with required financial documentation and evidence for audits;
- Maintain an organized filing system of financial documents;
- Review invoices and process payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner;
- Perform other duties as required to support smooth operations of the project.
Requirements:
- Ukrainian citizenship or valid work permit for employment in Ukraine;
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a financial/accounting position;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken);
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and accounting tools;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently;
- Experience in international development or working in international teams is an asset.
